A Tabata workout consists of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times with the same exercise. You then get a 1 minute rest before starting the next exercise.

Tabata squats, situps, pushups, wallball (reps for each exercise during all 8 work intervals, and weight of ball)
