Prior to CrossFit, I was a rock climbing coach at The Spot Boulder and when the COVID shut down happened, I began to pursue my Yoga Teacher Training Certification and my NASM Personal Training Certification so I could expand my knowledge and my ability to help others achieve their goals.
After being a consistent member at Boulder CrossFit, I began teaching monthly yoga classes and then I began taking on personal training clients at the gym. In 2022, I began coaching CrossFit (a huge goal of mine) and it was the most fulfilled I had felt in my career yet. Having the opportunity and pleasure of being a part of so many people's fitness journeys has been amazing. Nothing feels better than watching someone walk into the gym for the first time, nervous and unsure, and then also being there for their first personal record, first pull up, first time running a mile without stopping. Seeing the surprise, the joy, the empowerment that it brings gives me butterflies and a smile even as I write this bio. Helping others achieve their goals is why I'm here. It is what I was always meant to do.
In April of 2024, I achieved my biggest goal yet and I bought Boulder CrossFit. I am a gym owner! A dream I have had since I was a little girl! I am so grateful to spend my days in the gym with the amazing and supportive community we have built. Without Boulder CrossFit and our community, I would not be here today. Together we are stronger and can achieve anything we set our minds to. There is no upper limit, just the limits we set for ourselves. As your coach, I want you to know that I believe in you, even if you don't believe in yourself and I will never limit you. Let's set big goals together and then let us far surpass them!

After years of training as a CrossFit athlete, it was time to get educated more on the methodology so I took my CF L1 certification in the summer of 2025. Being able to step on the other side of classes and take on the role as coach has been more rewarding than I could have imagined. I get to share my knowledge and cheer on my peers in a space that means so much to me. I hope to continue my fitness education and constantly improve my coaching ability so that I can provide the best possible classes to our wonderful members.
Outside of the gym I am an avid slackliner and highliner (check me out on IG @caleb_highline). I have traveled the world as a highline athlete, set records, and taken the sport to some crazy heights. I also love rock climbing, scrambling, mountain climbing, hiking, and generally being in the mountains.

The Boulder CrossFit community is a great place to workout to develop your fitness. It’s a space filled with individuals who show up every day ready to put in the work, support one another, and celebrate every small victory. Whether it’s a new PR, a first pull-up, or simply the courage to show up, the energy inside our gym reminds me daily why I love CrossFit.
As a coach for the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes from all walks of life—grandparents discovering their strength, teenagers preparing for sports, and even collegiate and professional athletes, including members of the University of Oklahoma Rugby Club. Coaching has given me a front-row seat to transformation, both physical and mental. CrossFit has profoundly impacted my own fitness and overall livelihood, teaching me that true strength lies in consistency, community, and the willingness to grow every single day.

I first got into CrossFit because I wanted a workout that challenged me both physically and mentally. What I found was so much more, a community that pushes you, celebrates you, and makes fitness something you genuinely look forward to. Over time, CrossFit has completely changed how I see health and movement. It’s built not only my strength and endurance but also my resilience, confidence, and overall mindset.
Outside the gym, you can usually find me rock climbing or spending time outdoors around Boulder. I love how the Boulder CrossFit community brings people together from all walks of life to support each other and have fun. For me, this place isn’t just one of the best gyms in Boulder it’s a home base for connection, growth, and living a stronger, happier life.

After years in competitive athletics, I found CrossFit, a style of training that reignited my competitive drive while aligning perfectly with my belief in building a strong, capable, and resilient foundation for life. More importantly, starting out as a member what drew me in was the amazing community at Boulder Crossfit. Coaches and members from all walks of life welcomed me with open arms and I knew I was where I was supposed to be. As fun as the workouts are, none pushed me, supported me, and helped me unlock my potential both inside and outside the gym the way the Boulder CrossFit community has. It didn’t take long for me to realize that I wanted to help others experience that same transformation.
Today, I coach athletes and everyday members to move well, lift with purpose, and build the kind of fitness that enhances every part of life. As a Colorado native, I understand how important it is to stay healthy, strong, and functionally fit in order to enjoy the active outdoor lifestyle Colorado provides. Whether it’s improving strength and mobility, training for performance, or simply building confidence through movement, there is no better place to do it than Boulder Crossfit.

Coaching at Boulder CrossFit has been an awesome experience. I love helping people crush their goals and gain confidence through our classes. Whether it’s someone’s first time stepping into a CrossFit gym or they’re chasing a new PR, being part of their journey is what keeps me motivated every day.
CrossFit has completely changed my life—both physically and mentally. It’s made me stronger, more focused, and surrounded me with some of the best people I’ve ever met.
